Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Whiteout Supply Co. gear. If something’s not right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With all tags attached

To start a return, please contact us at support@whiteoutsupplyco.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
